FSU TLH International Airport Welcome Center

Overview

Uniquely positioned at the entrance of the TLH International Airport, the FSU TLH Welcome Center offers specialized marketing services to the University and its direct affiliates. From digital signage to print advertising, University Marketing is equipped with the tools to effectively promote FSU and its vast range of programs.

Digital Signage

  • Advertising & Promotion
    • Promote programs, events, significant achievements, etc. with our screens at the TLH Airport.
    • Submissions for digital advertisements and promotional material can be made through the Digital Signage Form.
  • Arrival/Departure Messages
    • Schedule personalized messages to welcome or send off travelers and visitors, such as guest speakers, conference attendees, etc.
    • Submissions for arrival/departure messages can be made through the Digital Signage Form.

Digital Signage Form

  • Promote colleges, programs, etc. with print materials such as brochures, pamphlets and publications to be displayed in the FSU TLH Welcome Center.
  • Submissions for print materials can be made through the Print Submission Form.
    • A digital copy must be provided for review and approval.
    • Slots are limited and not guaranteed. You may be placed in a queue.

The Welcome Center is available for the following:

Please reach out directly to Jared Milligan for all space rental requests. Make all reservations in advance, as they may be subject to airport approval.

  1. All digital and print submissions must adhere to university guidelines and policies.

Content Checklist

Below are some important factors to keep in mind when creating content for the Airport:

  1. Audience
    • Tallahassee Visitors and Locals
    • FSU Teams
    • FSU Faculty and Staff
    • FSU Students
  2. Spelling/Grammar
    • Please double check submissions for spelling and grammar accuracy.
  3. Clarity/Conciseness
    • Keep content brief and straightforward; ideally, use a short headline and no more than three sentences.
    • Avoid using jargon, acronyms or technical terms that might not be understood by the general public.
  4. Brand Compliance
    • Ensure content is brand compliant.
  5. University Policies/Guidelines
    • Ensure content complies with university policies and guidelines.
  6. Accessibility
    • Ensure content is ADA compliant.

Coming Soon

The Welcome Center is currently undergoing renovations to enhance the overall guest experience and improve the way we tell FSU's story. This includes the addition of a literature rack for print advertising, a photo-op, an enhanced kids section and more.
