Step 2: Copy Into Outlook

Instructions

After filling out the form and clicking Generate Signature, the email signature block below will update with your personal information. Proofread the signature to make sure all information is correct. If needed, you can return to Step One and edit the information, then re-generate the signature.

When ready, click and highlight from your first name through the bottom image. Next, right-click on the highlighted area and select Copy.

Open Microsoft Outlook and click the Settings icon in the top-right corner, and then choose Mail from the menu on the left, then choose Compose and Reply. Depending on your preference, select either New Signature to create a new signature, or edit an existing one.

Paste the new signature into the text box, then repeat this process for the reply signature.

* In some cases, the image may not show up. If this happens, right-click on the image on the email signature generator and click copy. Then paste the image into your email signature text box on Outlook and resize it to about 25% of the pasted size.
